Terms & Conditions for Guardians and Students

1. Platform Service: Tuition Bazaar is a platform that connects tutors with students seeking home tuition services. We facilitate the initial connection but do not take responsibility for the conduct, actions, or performance of the tutors or any associated tuition bureaus.

2. Role of Tuition Bazaar: Tuition Bazaar acts solely as an intermediary platform:

  • We are an aggregator platform that collaborates with local tuition agencies across the city to fulfill any requirements with their teachers.
  • We do not employ tutors or control the services provided by the tutors.
  • We do not endorse or recommend any specific tutor or tuition bureau.

3. Guardian and Student Responsibilities: As a guardian or student using Tuition Bazaar, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • It is your responsibility to verify the qualifications, credentials, and suitability of the tutors.
  • Any agreements, arrangements, or contracts made with tutors are solely between you and the tutor.
  • Tuition Bazaar is not responsible for any disputes, issues, or damages arising from the tutor-student relationship.

4. Tutor Conduct: While we strive to ensure the quality of tutors listed on our platform, Tuition Bazaar is not responsible for:

  • The teaching methods, behavior, or actions of the tutors.
  • Any injury, loss, or damage caused by the tutor during or outside the tutoring sessions.
  • Any breach of agreements or misconduct by the tutors.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuition Bazaar:

  • Is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform.
  • Is not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • Disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tuition Bazaar, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or any interaction with tutors.

7. Termination: Tuition Bazaar reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the platform.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Patna Bihar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna Bihar.

9. Changes to Terms: Tuition Bazaar reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Terms & Conditions for Partner Tuition Agencies

1. Onboarding Fee: Upon registration, each partner tuition agency is required to pay a non-refundable onboarding fee of ₹2999. This fee covers the administrative and operational costs associated with setting up your account and integrating your services into our platform. The onboarding fee is valid for six months only.

2. Lead Package Plans: Tuition Bazaar offers various packages of client data to meet your needs. The details of these packages, including the number of client contacts and pricing, will be provided at the time of purchase. Our role primarily involves arranging and conducting demo classes between tutors and students. By paying an upfront fee for 3 lead packages, these three leads can be shared instantly or one by one as per availability.

3. Payment Terms:

  • The onboarding fee of ₹2999 must be paid at the time of registration.
  • The cost of lead packages must be paid in full prior to receiving any client details.
  • Payments are to be made through the payment methods specified by Tuition Bazaar.
  • Failure to pay the required fees in a timely manner may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4. No Refund Policy: Once the details of any lead package have been shared with the partner tuition agency, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and value of the service we provide.

5. Demo Classes:

  • Tuition Bazaar will coordinate and conduct demo classes as part of our service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • It is the responsibility of the partner agency to follow up with the clients after the demo class and secure ongoing tutoring arrangements.
  • The details and phone number of the leads will be shared on the demo date with the partner tuition agency.
  • In case the demo class is not conducted as scheduled, the partner agency must inform us before the original scheduled time.
  • Tuition Bazaar holds responsibility for the lead until the demo class is conducted. Post-demo, approval or disapproval depends on the tutor and tuition agency.

6. Payment Disputes:

  • In case of any payment dispute or any kind of dispute between the teacher, guardian, and partner local tuition agency, Tuition Bazaar will not be liable. We will also not be responsible for making any payments to any party involved.
  • If advance payment is taken from the guardian by the partner tuition agency or tutor, the partner tuition agency is solely responsible for it.
  • If a tutor is not sent as per the requirements after taking advance payment from the guardian, the partner tuition agency’s registration may be canceled, and legal action may be taken.
  • In case of payment issues between the guardian and tutor after the demo, we will not be responsible for the lead since the partner tuition agency’s teacher had physically visited the guardian. It is a completely gray area to determine what personal deal or arrangement has been made with the tutor and the guardian to bypass the platform. Hence, we share our recording with the guardian to confirm the fee range and recommend the partner tuition agency reconfirm the payment from the guardian before sending the teacher.

7. Teacher Quality and Conduct:

  • The partner tuition agency must send qualified tutors who will be punctual and regular. In case of rejection due to quality, punctuality, or regularity, we don’t take responsibility for the lead.
  • Tutors must inform guardians that they are from Tuition Bazaar.
  • Before sending each tutor to the lead provided by our platform, the agency must send two ID proofs and one passport-size photograph of the tutor.
  • In the case of female tutors, they must take care of themselves when visiting the student’s place.

8. Confidentiality and Dispute Resolution:

  • Call recordings of the guardian and Tuition Bazaar will be shared with our tuition agency partners to understand the student’s requirements in detail.
  • In certain cases of disputes or emergencies from the guardian’s side, the partner tuition agency must provide the tutor’s contact information to Tuition Bazaar to resolve the issue if required.
  • If any partner agency takes legal action against teachers or guardians, Tuition Bazaar is not responsible and will remain unaffected.
  • All information shared between Tuition Bazaar and the partner agency, including but not limited to client details, payment information, and communication records, must be kept confidential.
  • Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of the partnership and possible legal action.

9. Termination: Tuition Bazaar reserves the right to terminate the partnership with any tuition agency that fails to comply with these terms and conditions. Upon termination, any outstanding payments due to Tuition Bazaar must be settled immediately.

10. Documentation Requirements: Before onboarding any tuition agency to our platform, we require two ID proofs of the business owner, one passport-size photo, and one business proof ID. The partner agency must sign our agreement papers to consent to our terms and conditions.

11. General Provisions:

  • Tuition Bazaar is an aggregator platform collaborating with local tuition agencies across the city to fulfill any requirement with their teachers.
  • We do not recommend guardians to pay tutors in advance. We are not responsible for payment disputes.
  • Any timing, schedule, or number of days agreements made with the tutor and the guardian are between them.
